A friend of ours made a fruit pie that was so simple and delicious that I just had to share it with you! You can use any fruit you like, but I love strawberries and blueberries best.
- In a bowl, I folded half of a container of chopped strawberries and half of a container of blueberries into 8 oz Fat Free whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into a Reduced Fat graham cracker crust and put in the freezer to stiffen a little.
That's all.
GET READY FOR THIS ONE...
This next dessert is quite sinful, but quite delicious! My aunt made it for us the other night. I thought I was in heaven!- Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with ice cream sandwiches. She said it took pretty much the whole box.
- For the top layer, she mixed whipped cream, a block of cream cheese, and added powdered sugar for some sweetness. She spread it on top.
- Then she drizzled caramel syrup on top.
Oooh-la-la.
